The BEF Golf Invitational is one of my favorite
Foundation events. This annual tournament brings
together a great group of friends and supporters for
some friendly competition and lots of laughs. Combine
that with unbelievable food and drink and a gorgeous
setting, and you can’t help but enjoy yourself.
Don’t get me wrong – while the Golf
Invitational is all about having fun, it’s also all
about serious fundraising. This event is critical to the
Foundation’s fundraising efforts, and we rely on its
dedicated sponsors, participants and volunteers to make
a difference in our ongoing battle against cystic
fibrosis.
I encourage you to participate in
this year’s Golf Invitational by organizing a foursome,
donating prizes or taking advantage of other sponsorship
opportunities. With your help, we’ll one day beat CF.
